Manager, Supplier Management Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Global Services Government (BGS-G) Supplier Management Team has an opportunity for two Manager, Supplier Management (Level K) positions within our organization supporting our Post Award Supplier Performance Management and Major Supplier teams. The selected candidate will be located in St. Louis, MO or Ridley Park, PA. Position Responsibilities: Post Award Supplier Performance - Oversight and coordination of Supplier Performance Management as well as open order management and Customer alignment for Transactional procurement for all BGS-G demands and customers. Major Supplier team – Oversight and coordination of a BGS-G Major Supplier team. Responsibilities include terms and conditions, schedule adherence, and relationship building with several major Supplier partners. Manages, develops and motivates employees located across core locations Provide subcontract support, supplier delivery performance and support for all program objectives. Acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier- related activities and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreements. Coordinates with the larger BGS-G Supply Chain team (Forecasting, Planning, Order Execution) on proposal requirements, execution requirements and keeping programs and stakeholders informed on supplier status, issues, risks and opportunities. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. The identification and implementation of continuous improvement processes is also expected. Provides oversight regarding negotiation processes and related tools. Hold extensive knowledge of Supplier Management processes and procedures. Direct experience working with a variety of subcontract types under DoD prime contracts.
