Field Service Technician - contractor
Aescape is looking for a Field Service Technician - contractor who can execute our field service activities. You’ll be collaborating cross functionally with Support, Logistics and Engineering as we scale the delivery AI driven massage therapy experiences. This role is based out in SFAescape is the NY-based lifestyle robotics company redefining self-care.

What You’ll DoAs a Field Service Technician - contractor at Aescape you will:
Be a part of Aescape’s early technician efforts.
Act as subject matter expert on installation and repair procedures.
Travel onsite to Partner locations to perform installations, preventative maintenance and break fix visits.
Train our 3rd party technicians and trainers on proper installation and repair procedures.
Provide assistance on difficult repairs to limit downtime and improve first time fix rate.
Work with cross functional teams to make design changes that will improve the serviceability of our product.
A track record of field service working on high-end and complex equipment (e.g. fitness, surgical, medical & dental, EV charging & solar installation, audio visual equipment).
Valid US driver's license and ability to lift ~ 75 pounds of equipment.
Good problem solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot problems and think on your feet.
Experience training technicians on repair and installation procedures is a plus.

Hourly rate of $45 -$50 commensurate with experience.
