Job Description 

Expected to consistently develop high-quality backend solutions by: 

• Analyzing and interpreting the requirements to fulfill the domain needs. 

• Guiding the best engineering practices.   

• Ensuring product performance and maintainability by adhering to standards, guidelines, processes, and tools. 

• Actively participating in communication with stakeholders to ensure the solution is fit-for-purpose. 

• Prepare the team, delegate Tasks and set deadlines/ETAs. 

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and organize them efficiently 

• Train new employees and provide coaching. 

• Candidate will be responsible for documenting key workflows and keeping the team with accurate and up-to-date information.  

Qualifications 

• Minimum 4+ years of industrial experience on .NET, C#, node, JavaScript. 

• Strong experience in CSS3 and HTML5 must. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality products. 

• Conduct regular code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards. 

• Provide technical leadership in the evaluation and adoption of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies. 

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Consist with recognized degree program in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology
