Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager at Notable Health, you'll lead cross-functional engineering initiatives and build strategic partnerships between engineering and other departments. You'll manage complex technical projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

• Drive technical projects across engineering teams, ensuring on-time delivery with high quality standards

• Facilitate collaboration between engineering and customer delivery, customer success, and marketing teams

• Create and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans

• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers

• Lead technical planning sessions and coordinate cross-team implementation efforts

• Track and communicate project status to stakeholders at all levels

• Analyze project metrics and optimize processes for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience or similar experience

• Success leading unique teams towards more efficient, high quality work

• Proven ability to identify, track, and report on metrics that demonstrate program success

• Experience working for vertical SaaS organizations

• Has a track record of building stakeholder confidence from the front lines, all the way up to the C-suite

• Proven ability to influence without authority across organizational boundaries

Desired Skills

• Experience with healthcare automation or workflow solutions

• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations

• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Confluence, etc.)

• Background in implementing integration solutions across disparate systems

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
