WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• You support the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with the company's goals

• You assist in variance analysis activities, providing meaningful insights and actionable recommendations to enhance decision-making

• You prepare and present financial data in a clear and concise manner, contributing to monthly reporting processes and delivering valuable insights to key stakeholders

• You help develop and track key financial metrics and business KPIs, working to enhance business intelligence and performance monitoring

• You collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Team Leads) to gather insights for scenario planning and support strategic initiatives

• You contribute to ad hoc projects to provide financial insights that inform decision-making and support senior management

• You work closely with the FP&A Lead and the broader Finance department to ensure alignment on priorities and goals

THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD

• 1–3 years of FP&A or Commercial Finance experience, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth company

• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and handling large data sets

• A proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a strong attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders

• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) and leveraging technology for finance optimization

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environments
