About the Role

This is a high-impact, business-facing role where you'll work closely with stakeholders to drive decision-making and improve business performance. The role suits someone who enjoys translating data into actionable insights, influencing non-finance teams, and playing a key role in shaping strategy and resource allocation.

The position is based in our London headquarters, with a hybrid model requiring at least three days a week in the office.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering with business teams to assess performance, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision-making

• Developing and scaling strategic frameworks, tools, and financial models to support commercial initiatives

• Enabling teams to understand the financial implications of their decisions through tailored analysis and scenario planning

• Creating self-serve tools to empower teams to make investment decisions with confidence

• Leading forecasting and planning processes

• Collaborating across Finance and other teams to deliver company-wide initiatives that align strategy with execution

Requirements

• ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified, with at least 4 years of post-qualified experience

• Experience in a high-growth environment such as a startup or scale-up preferable. Could also have experience in investment banking or consulting and looking to move into the corporate environment.

• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with large datasets to uncover insights

• Excellent financial modelling skills and ability to translate findings into business actions

• Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior and cross-functional stakeholders
