Responsibilities:Production Support: Provide first-level support in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring system stability and adherence to defined SLAs.Incident Management: Monitor, triage, and resolve production incidents through effective code reading and troubleshooting. Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support when needed.Code Comprehension: Analyze and interpret Java, SQL, Airflow, and Databricks code to identify the root cause of production issues—without being responsible for new feature development.Collaboration with Juniors: Support and mentor junior developers by helping them understand system behavior, troubleshoot issues, and improve their code comprehension skills.Daily Reviews: Conduct daily… Apply To This Job
