Graphic/UI Designer

Our team is working on a modern software product with a clean, tech-forward aesthetic. We're building a suite of assets that includes:

• A new company website (design only, no coding)
• A digital brochure/report for customer case studies
• Ad creatives for Linkedin and other platforms
• A consistent design system for our product (brand style guide - logo & brand identity package, component library, design tokens, pattern library)

You'll be provided with visual direction and references, including design examples and collaborate closely with our founding team to bring them to life.

As our Freelance Graphic/UI Designer, you will:

• Design digital assets with a high standard of visual polish and aesthetic that is modern and clean. 
• Create cohesive UI mockups and layouts for web pages (no development work required)
• Help establish our core design system: brand identity package, component library, design tokens, pattern library.
• Collaborate closely with the team remotely, and join in for design feedback 

We're seeking a hands-on designer with great taste and high standards. You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have a strong portfolio with modern, tech, and elegant designs, ideally with references very relevant to this project and company (enterprise SaaS)
• Has worked on design projects for SaaS software companies from the US/Europe for a minimum of 2 years
• Excel in tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Indesign
• Are confident working independently from reference material or loose creative briefs
• Can deliver on time and are open to feedback
• Are available temporarily (full-time or part-time) on a freelance hourly basis or per-deliverable pricing
• Bonus: You're based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and open to joining an in-person kickoff session
