Job Overview

We are looking for Business Analyst who will facilitate communication between development and business teams, thus translating business needs into technical specifications.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Create detailed project documentation, including user stories and workflows.
  • Facilitate communication between development and business teams.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a business analysis role
  • experience in IT, software development, or a similar domain
  • proficiency in business requirements gathering and analysis.
  • strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • knowledge of tools like SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.
  • experience with diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
