We're looking for a motivated manager, who are able Navigating Rapid Change & Uncertainty with high level of personal ownership to join our global team at EMCD, the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe and a trusted name in crypto infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Project Management Office (PMO), implementing scalable processes and methodologies for effective project delivery.
• Manage cross-functional project portfolios. Align project objectives with company strategy, product roadmaps, and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and metrics.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of project managers.
• Own the project risk management strategy and ensure compliance with budget, scope, and timeline.
• Collaborate closely with IT, Product, Compliance, and Business Development teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Head of PMO / Program Manager / Director of Projects in IT or blockchain-related domains.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Background in managing distributed, remote-first teams.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications is a must
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills able to connect project outcomes with business goals.
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation is a strong plus.
• High level of personal ownership, adaptability, and a bias for action in fast-paced, innovative environments.
• Strong communication skills.
