QA Engineer
Responsibilities
- Understand the values and vision of the organization
- Protect the Intellectual Property
- Adhere to all the policies and procedures
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
- Identify, document, and track defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues.
- Design and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test data for both functional and non-functional testing.
- Implement and optimize automation scripts using frameworks like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or Cypress.
- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure compatibility.
- Work with developers to identify and fix bugs and regressions in an Agile environment.
- Ensure compliance with QA standards, industry best practices, and security protocols.
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on test progress, coverage, and quality metrics.
- Experience in manual and automation testing.
- Passionate about software quality assurance and test automation.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, including Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, and WebDriver.
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
- Proficiency in test scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of employees and management.
- Collaborative approach to effectively present and advocate for quick design solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent Leadership abilities in managing, mentoring and guiding team.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing innovative ideas to enhance the product experience.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT Engineering or equivalent
- 3-6 years of experience in manual and automation testing
- This role offers the flexibility of working remotely in India.
