Chemistry Specialist - AI Trainer

We are seeking for a Chemistry Specialist - AI Trainer, you will play a crucial role in advancing AI’s understanding of chemistry by reviewing expert-annotated chemical data using proprietary software. Your expertise will contribute to refining AI-generated content, ensuring precise chemical concepts, equations, and applications. This role demands analytical thinking, adaptability, and a strong passion for incorporating AI into scientific education. Responsibilities: - Utilize proprietary software to analyze AI-generated chemistry content and offer expert feedback.- Ensure high-quality chemical data curation to enhance AI model accuracy.- Collaborate with technical teams to refine annotation tools and methodologies for chemistry-related tasks.- Evaluate AI-generated and human responses across various chemistry disciplines, including organic, inorganic, physical, and analytical chemistry.- Interpret, analyze, and review chemistry-related tasks based on evolving guidelines. Qualifications:- PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field (either in progress or completed within the last 10 years).- Proficiency in chemical analysis, equations, and laboratory methodologies.- Strong research background and experience in professional scientific writing.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Ability to make independent evaluations based on limited data.- Passion for AI, scientific education, and technology.
