We are looking for a skilled Growth Analyst who will support our team in exploring leads behavior in sales funnels, automate their processes, and assess the approaches of sales leaders to close deals.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience with CRM and BI systems, such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Tableau, as well as be comfortable with SQL, Python (specifically, PySpark). Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable translating business requirements into analytics tasks, helping marketing, growth, and sales teams to formulate, assess, and prioritize their hypothesis.

What you will do

• Design and build the system of Sales analytics dashboards;
• Test hypotheses by picking a suitable experiment design, defining metrics, and setting timeframes;
• Analyze and evaluate the launch and scaling effect of Growth team’s initiatives;
• Interact with stakeholders, users, related departments, and teams;
• Collect insights about the audience and product.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English - Upper-Intermediate level or higher (B2+);
• 3+ years of experience as a Growth/Product Analyst;
• Excellent analytical skills and working experience on analytics tools required (SQL, Excel, Tableau/DataLens, Python). Experience with PySpark, AWS, GitLab, AirFlow is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of product and business metrics;
• Ability to effectively present growth metric experiment results and provide clear recommendations for action.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams encompassing marketing, growth, sales, communications, low-code automations, and development.
• Experienced in designing and conducting experiments;
• Familiar with the basics of probability theory and mathematical statistics.
