Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Translate business requirements into functional, insightful dashboards

• Develop and maintain clear, effective data visualizations using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Domo

• Write, debug, and optimize SQL queries to extract data from structured databases

• Identify data inconsistencies and provide solutions that improve visualization accuracy and user experience

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key metrics (KPIs) that drive better decision-making

• Continuously monitor and improve existing dashboards and visual interfaces

• Ensure data quality by understanding database structures and how they relate to front-end reporting

• Communicate data insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications:

• 2 - 4+ years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of building impactful dashboards and visualizations

• Proficiency in at least one BI tool (Looker preferred; Tableau or Domo also considered)

• Solid SQL skills — able to write, debug, and optimize queries

• Experience with LookML and knowledge of dashboard performance best practices is a strong plus

• Strong understanding of database structures and experience working with tools like BigQuery

• Ability to translate complex business logic into actionable metrics and visual stories

• Proactive mindset with a focus on identifying improvements in usability, KPIs, and user experience

• Fluent English communication skills (written & spoken), with the ability to convey insights clearly to stakeholders

• Detail-oriented, independent, and comfortable owning analytics projects end-to-end
