We invite a skilled and proactive Intermediate Software Engineer specializing in frontend development with Angular and TypeScript to join our team. The team’s work is focused on evolving and enhancing the client’s platform to better support new customers through tailored functionality and refined user experiences. You’ll be responsible for implementing and maintaining new features based on specific Statements of Work (SOW), while collaborating closely with the client’s core product teams – POS (point-of-sale) and XKM (kitchen management).

✅ Is that you?

• 2+ years of commercial frontend development experience using Angular
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with Vue.js, or a strong willingness to learn it quickly
• Experience with Jest (unit tests) and Protractor, Playwright (E2E tests)
• Proficiency in working with SQLite databases
• Intermediate+ English level
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and stress resilience
• Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts, processes, and technologies

Desirable:

• Working understanding of Cordova, Electron, Webpack, and Docker
• Familiarity with Objective-C and Java
• Experience working in a Kanban development environment
• On-site availability in Wroclaw or the ability to regularly attend the Wroclaw lab

Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll contribute to the development and improvement of high-quality software solutions tailored to the client's unique requirements and needs.

• Develop new features based on Statements of Work (SOW) requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss and implement technical decisions for frontend solutions
• Maintain/refactor existing functionality for improved performance and quality
• Write and maintain unit tests using Jest
• Participate in requirements and planning meetings to align on project goals
• Identify and resolve software defects in the live production environment
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
• Communicate with the client and client stakeholders to address technical concerns and provide updates
• Stay current with industry trends, new tools, and technologies
