Cold Calling Sales Representative (Remote, Night Shift)

As a Cold Calling Sales Representative, you’ll play a vital role in driving our growth by engaging potential customers, sparking interest in our solutions, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Your responsibilities Include:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers
• Scheduling consultations between prospects and the Sales Team
• Accurately inputting and updating customer information
• Representing the company professionally in all conversations
• Ensuring all calls meet company standards and requirements
• Delivering accurate and timely reports
• Participating in process improvement initiatives
• Maintaining a high level of customer engagement and responsiveness
• Collaborating with the team to optimize lead generation strategies
• Adhering to company policies and performance expectations

Requirements

• At least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or any similar role
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
• Basic technical skills, including the ability to navigate a computer, use common software applications, and perform simple troubleshooting (e.g., checking internet connectivity, audio settings, or browser functions)
• Strong internet connection
• Designated professional and quiet workspace
• Amenable to working on a graveyard shift
