Position Overview: Our Internal IT team offers the most pleasant and productive environment to Casumo’s biggest asset: its people. Reporting to the Internal IT Lead, the Junior IT System Administrator researches, analyses, implements and iterates in order to find the best tools which will help our employees focus on what matters. We pride ourselves in our ability to never stop improving; continuously striving to make things better and better. We love innovative, yet simple things, that just work, and help us do our job.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to Casumo employees on internal systems and tools.

  • Set up and maintain workstations, software, and peripherals.

  • Assist users via helpdesk and provide prompt, friendly support.

  • Deploy laptops and onboard new joiners with IT essentials.

  • Handle IT equipment procurement and inventory.

  • Support access control and security best practices.

  • Assist with networking and infrastructure maintenance.

  • Monitor systems, identify issues early, and resolve them proactively.

  • Maintain IT documentation and contribute to internal reporting.

  • Collaborate on projects, upgrades, and improvements across the tech stack.

Requirements:

  • Organised, diligent, and proactive with a can-do attitude.

  • Able to explain technical issues clearly to both tech-savvy and non-technical colleagues.

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.

  • Comfortable with hardware troubleshooting and setup.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

  • A team player who listens, learns, and collaborates effectively.

  • Basic scripting (e.g., PowerShell or Bash) is a plus, but not a must!
