Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbox
- Manage calendar
- Manage communications with brands
- Manage deliverable with partnerships
- Manage invoices
- File and organize contracts
- Create tickets and landing pages
- Create and manage consistent newsletter
- Manage online platform
- Manage comments and DMs on social media
- Post content on social media
- Assist with various other projects / tasks
- Platforms:
- Google WorkSpace
- Canva
- WordPress
- Mailchimp
Requirements
- Experience in social media (a must)
- Experience creating newsletters (a must)
- Experience in video editing (a plus)
- Interest / passion in fitness (a plus)
- Excellent communicator
- Intuitively organized
- Detail oriented
- Likes deadlines
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- 15-20 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows)
- Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zone
