Requirements • A high school diploma or equivalent; some colleges prefer it. • Proven customer support experience or experience in a client service role • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Emotional intelligence to deal with various types of customers calmly and effectively • Comfortable working in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace • Availability to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
