Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. • Design and implement forward-thinking programs tailored to the evolving needs of the community. • Cultivate meaningful relationships with community stakeholders, including partners and funders. • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and funding guidelines. • Oversee staff performance, conducting evaluations and promoting a positive workplace culture. Required Skills • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. • Proven experience in program management and staff supervision. • Strong skill set in developing and executing innovative community programs. • Ability to build effective partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders. • Deep commitment to making a societal impact. • Experience in grant writing and knowledge of Positive Youth Development and trauma-informed care is a plus. Qualifications • A Master’s Degree in Public Health, Human Services, or a closely related field. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing programs and supervising staff. • Demonstrated experience working with children and families in a community-oriented setting.
