Job Duties and Responsibilities an Pickup and Delivery Driver: • Safely operate and maintain the company vehicle used for pickups and deliveries. • Plan and execute efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of packages to designated locations. • Load and unload packages, ensuring their proper handling to prevent damage. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating courteously and professionally with clients during pickups and deliveries. • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of yourself, other road users, and the packages being transported. • Keep accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, payment receipts (if applicable), and any discrepancies. • Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to the appropriate department. • Follow company policies and procedures for package handling, security, and confidentiality.
