Management of Production and Operations, College of Business, Worldwide Campus) Company: Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Job description : Job Description Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Worldwide campus is currently hiring adjunct faculty to teach LGMT 420 ? Management of Production and Operations for our EagleVision virtual classroom, a synchronous learning platform powered by Zoom. The ideal candidate must be willing to teach all three course delivery modes or a combination of: EagleVision Classroom ? Includes scheduled online times and real-time interaction. EagleVision Home ? Offers the same benefits as EagleVision Classroom. But from the added comfort of your home, office, or anywhere you have a computer connected to the internet. EagleVision Blended ? A combination of physical, synchronous attendance at a specific date and time with additional asynchronous time to complete assignments outside of the class meeting. Please note that ERAU policy requires that all adjuncts be physically located within the United States while working for the University, including during training. Presently, we are able to support work for new adjuncts from all U.S. states except California. ERAU does not support work from international locations with some limited exceptions for individuals who are residing and working from U.S. military bases. Qualifications Course Description: An intensive study of management of production and operations in all organizations, both service-oriented and product-oriented, will be conducted. Scheduling, inventory control, procurement, quality control, and safety are investigated. Particular attention is given to applications of aviation oriented activities. Applicant Qualifications: (Doctoral degree in Teaching Discipline, or a master?s degree with a concentration in teaching discipline (minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline).
