This Miami-based company is building a global network of water suppliers and leveraging technology to revolutionize how bottled water is sourced and sold. As a crucial team member in this two-person operation, you’ll have the opportunity to directly impact the company’s strategic sourcing efforts and contribute to its rapid growth in the competitive beverage market. As the Research and Data Entry Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in building a comprehensive global database of water bottle suppliers, forming the backbone of the company’s sourcing strategy. This role combines the excitement of global market research with the precision of data management, offering a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the international water industry. You’ll be at the forefront of identifying potential suppliers worldwide, gathering crucial product information, and organizing data that will drive the company’s expansion. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong research skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently. Responsibilities • Conduct extensive global research to identify and catalog water bottle suppliers across diverse markets • Develop and maintain a detailed, user-friendly database of supplier information using Excel • Gather comprehensive product data, including types of water bottles, materials, and unique features • Collect and organize supplier contact details, ensuring accuracy for future business communications • Implement a systematic approach to data verification, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy • Regularly update the database with new findings, market trends, and supplier changes • Create insightful reports on database progress, highlighting potential opportunities and market insights • Collaborate with the founder to refine search criteria and database structure as business needs evolve Requirements • Exceptional internet research skills with the ability to navigate international websites and verify information across multiple sources • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex database creation, management, and data analysis • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize large volumes of information efficiently • Solid understanding of database structures and data entry best practices • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently • Basic knowledge of the beverage or packaging industry preferred, but not required • Excellent analytical skills to identify patterns and insights within the collected data • Adaptability to evolving project requirements and emerging market trends • Strong communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations clearly Benefits • Permanent work from home • Immediate hiring • Steady freelance job Apply Job!
