Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and technologically adept Data Entry Specialist to join our esteemed team in a fully remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing data from various files, including diagrams and designs, to ensure the integrity of our digital asset inventory. Your strong organizational abilities and attention to detail will be... essential in maintaining the accuracy and completeness of our databases. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate effectively with design drafters and management to guarantee that drawings accurately represent machinery and incorporate necessary updates. • Organize and sustain a comprehensive library of design files for efficient access and future revisions. • Retrieve and input data from designated files, ensuring prompt and accurate mapping into databases (e.g., Microsoft Excel). • Enter vital information such as Store Number, QR Code, MDM Asset ID, Tag ID, and Aisle Location, adhering to established accuracy standards. • Conduct searches for pertinent digital asset inventory data and investigate file contents as required. • Perform routine database backups to uphold data integrity. • Scrutinize data for deficiencies or errors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs. Required Skills • Strong attention to detail coupled with exceptional organizational skills. • Proficiency in various technologies with an aptitude for swiftly learning new platforms. • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities. • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously. Qualifications • A minimum of 2 years of experience in data mapping and uploading.
