Principal Cybersecurity (Insider Threat Program) will focus on developing and executing strategic initiatives, improving operational processes, and analyzing performance metrics. You will address the essential need for robust ability to mitigate insider risks that could potentially impact AT&T's operational security, customer data protection, and overall business continuity. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Develop an Insider Threat Risk Program that functions as a fusion center to... consolidate information from across AT&T. This program will provide actionable insights to the teams responsible for Enforcement, Implementation, Monitoring and Detection, Investigations, and Containment, Mitigation, and Recovery. Enhance AT&T's capacity to prevent, detect, investigate, and respond to insider threats effectively. Lead the product/program dedicated to reducing the risk of Insider Threat by identifying and mitigating associated security risks. This includes the following key responsibilities: Qualification and Evaluation, Supplier Information Security Requirements (SISR) and Third Party Risk Management.  Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Cyber Security or equivalent experience preferred 8 -1 0 years of related experience . Requires Daily Office Presence (3-5 days a week) at one of the listed locations. No relocation assistance is provided. CISSP, CISM or similar industry certification highly desired Knowledge and experience designing, implementing, and testing insider threat programs Experience in testing, training, and/or managing cybersecurity insider threat practices required. Our Principal Cybersecurity earns between $141,300 - $237,400 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
