Roles: As a Customer Care Representative, you will utilize online chat application to interact with customers, addressing inquiries related to pricing, refund policies, and discount codes. You will be the frontline in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses. Contract Length: Open-ended with no fixed term. Rate: $35 per hour. Requirements: Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with internet connectivity and the ability to use social media and website chat functions. Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely. Availability to work 10+ hours per week during overnight hours. Reliable internet connectivity is essential. Hours per Week: Flexible, ranging from 10 to 40 hours, tailored to fit your schedule.
