Job Description: Responsible for leading teams that oversee the development, maintenance, and communication of reporting tools that identify, measure, and monitor risk and performance indicators. Manages analytics and reporting team. Delivers risk reporting and improves reporting processes. Prepares and reviews governance materials, risk trends, and incident remediation. Performs risk analyses and automation. Develops and coaches' teams to be able to identify, manage, and... escalate risk, and effectively manage risk within the teams you oversee. Responsibilities: Supports business initiatives and strategy development. Provides support related to requests for information from internal and external reviewers. Responds to compliance reviews and audit findings to mitigate risk issues identified. Provides reports to leadership that track defects and escalation thresholds. Partners with Process Owners to complete remediation action plans. Manages analytics and reporting team. Ensures adherence to internal business processes and regulatory compliance. Compiles data and delivers insights to management. Identifies the need to minimize defects and mitigates business risk. Supports the production of operational reviews, reporting, and analysis. Minimum Qualifications At a minimum, here’s what we need from you: Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Math, Engineering, Business, or related field 10+ years of experience in credit card, reporting, analytics, consumer lending, other financial service industries, or related field In lieu of a degree, 15+ years of experience in credit card, reporting, analytics, consumer lending, other financial service industries, or related field Preferred Qualifications If we had our say, we’d also look for: Master's Degree in Information Management, Math, Engineering, Business, or related SAS 15+ years of experience in credit card, reporting, analytics, consumer lending, other financial service industries, or related field #RR- Application Deadline: The application window for this position is anticipated to close on Apr-07-2024. Compensation: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
