Location: 100% Remote Rate: $70/hr. on W2 Job Description: · We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. · As a Senior Dynamics CRM Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and implementation of solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. · You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions. Responsibilities: · Design, develop, customize, and implement solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. · Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. · Translate business requirements into technical specifications and CRM solutions. · Customize and configure CRM entities, workflows, forms, views, and reports. · Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations to extend CRM functionality. · Design and implement data migration strategies to migrate data from legacy systems to Dynamics CRM. · Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. · Stay updated with the latest Dynamics CRM features, best practices, and industry trends. · Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. · Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics CRM implementations. Requirements: · Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, forms, views, and reports. · Experience developing custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Web API. · Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data model, and security model. · Experience with data migration strategies and tools for migrating data to Dynamics CRM. · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. · Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) are a plus.
