As a Medical Office Receptionist, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide top-notch mental health care to individuals, families, and communities. You'll be the friendly face that greets our patients, handles inquiries, and ensures smooth operations at our office. What You'll Do Welcome patients with a warm smile and handle check-in/check-out procedures with ease. Assist patients with paperwork and electronic forms, ensuring everything is in order for their appointments. Be the go-to person for answering phone calls, addressing patient inquiries, and providing support. Maintain accurate patient accounts and handle payment processing. Help patients schedule and manage appointments, both in-person and remotely. Guide patients through our online platforms and provide assistance as needed. Keep the office space organized and tidy, ensuring a welcoming environment for all. Assist the office lead with various administrative tasks and duties as assigned. What You'll Bring A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree is a plus. Previous customer service experience (2 years preferred); healthcare experience is highly valued. Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with OSHA/HIPAA regulations is advantageous. Legal authorization to work in the United States is required. A genuine interest in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and communities.
