12-month contract, with potential for extension. Must be a US Citizen. Description: The Site Development Manager will provide leadership, expertise, communications, quality control, guidance and support for site development activities related but not limited to: Site acquisition, real estate, zoning, construction design, construction quality standards, site compliance and external affairs. Provides value to the development and construction functions by ensuring the consistent high quality and timeliness of delivery of operational and project-based development activities. Ensures consistency in processes, reporting, forecasting, data integrity, and siting solutions. - Expenses approved - As needed, may have some travel to market offices. - Must have Telecom Experience in Site Development specific to Leasing - Will support Engineering – Site Development – Soft Cost / Area Team Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc) Must be familiar and skilled to work within Database –... Magentabuilt, like Siterra, or equivalent What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks) Working with Project Managers and other Team Members to help manage large buildout Preferred background/prior work experience? Must have Telecom Experience in Site Development, preferably recent and able to manage many projects, action items, liaison with RF, site acq, Construction, and landlords to identify tasks and resolve as needed Priority soft skills Must be advanced in excel, vlookup, pivots, etc. Job Type: Contract Pay: $70.00 - $74.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
