[PART_TIME Remote] Telemental Health Clinician

Work from home, make your own schedule, and earn up to 104k a year providing mental health care to our clients through our therapist network! We offer a sign-on bonus. We strive to help independently licensed mental health therapists connect with clients who need them most. All clients are prescreened, stable, and have low acuity. Schedule: • Full-time, or part-time; • Make your own hours each week; • Permanently remote. Job Duties: • Counsel clients individually via video chat to improve their mental health • Encourage clients to discuss emotions and experiences to help them develop insight into themselves and their relationships • Act as a client advocate and help them define goals • Evaluate clients’ mental condition and develop and implement treatment plans using a solution-based approach based on your clinical experience and knowledge. Requirements: • Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling • Licensing: An independent license (one of the following) issued by the state board, limited/provisional license not accepted: • Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (LIMFT) • Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) • Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor (LISW-S) • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) • Ability to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation • Exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature • Strong computer literacy skills COMPENSATION: • Sign-on Bonus • Weekly direct deposit • $90k-$104k per year depending on hours worked • Monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors Onboarding takes as little as 3 days!
