Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and be proficient in various accounting software. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing insightful financial reports to support decision-making. What You’ll Do: • Maintain accurate financial records. • Manage accounts payable and receivable. • Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents. • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting. • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role. • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, or other accounting software. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
