Job Description: As a Data Analyst, you will be a valuable member of BusPlanner's Client Services team, leveraging your GIS and data skills to deliver innovative transportation management solutions to clients in the school bus transportation industry. You will play a key role in supporting the team by contributing to GIS database management, data analysis, and data input to optimize client operations. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to engage in diverse responsibilities, including network analysis and internal collaboration, all within a fast-paced and supportive environment. This is a remote opportunity, and candidates are expected to have some overlap with North American hours. ?As a successful Data Analyst, you will: ? Assist with implementation by creating, maintaining, and updating GIS datasets and spatial databases. Analyze and validate geocode data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Process and integrate transportation data into GIS systems for effective decision-making. Provide general support to the team as necessary, ensuring seamless project execution and operational efficiency. ?To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Geomatics / Geography, Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Technology High attention to detail and accuracy and strong organizational skills Proficiency with analytical tools and various software A solid grasp of GIS transportation management application concepts (or a high willingness to learn!) Bonus points if you have: ? A working knowledge of SQL? ? ?Working Days &Timings : ? Monday to Friday (9:00AM to 6:00PM - Flexible) 3 hours overlap at Canadian hours .
