Capital One Software is seeking a Manager, Project Management who is passionate about marrying innovation with emerging technologies. As a Capital One Manager, Project Management, you’ll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation within Capital One. As a Manager, Project Management at Capital One, you will drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company. You will work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. General Responsibilities : Showcase a proven track record in project management, quickly establishing frameworks for managing work in complex environments. Lead complex projects and programs, providing strategic direction and guidance to projects, peers, and team members. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to maintain commitment and achieve successful outcomes. Navigate through Go-To-Market, Product, Tech, and Operations domains with a growth mindset, continuously learning new technologies to solve problems through effective coordination and collaboration. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, using strong partnership and communication skills to manage, inform, and influence project outcomes. Utilize problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity to address challenges, offering practical solutions in collaboration with teams. Design, develop, and manage project plans in dynamic environments, adapting to changing requirements and priorities while executing effective risk mitigation to keep projects on track and within schedule. Partner with cross-functional teams and project customers, offering strategic insights and operational support while applying exceptional influencing abilities to drive project delivery. Focus on continuous process improvement, enhancing project management practices and methodologies. Basic Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience At least 7 Years of Project Management experience At least 1 Year of People Management experience Preferred Qualifications : Masters / MBA degree 8+ years of Project Management experience 3+ years of People Management experience PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
