We are actively seeking Live Chat Customer Support Representatives to help manage incoming e-mails and chats, enhancing our brand's interaction with new and existing customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently handling inquiries and fostering a positive service... experience. What You Will Be Doing: You'll engage directly with customers through live chat on our website and social media platforms. Your tasks will include resolving queries, providing product information, facilitating sales through direct links, and offering promotions and discounts. Rate: $35 per hour. Responsibilities: Manage large amounts of incoming chats and emails. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Requirements: Access to a device capable of handling social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Meticulous attention to detail with the capacity to follow instructions precisely. Reliable high-speed internet connection. Contract Length: No fixed term. Hours per Week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week. Location: This is a fully remote role, open worldwide with a preference for candidates in the United States.
