Job Overview We are seeking empathetic and committed Online Mental Health Teletherapists (LCSW, LPC, or LCP) to deliver virtual therapy services via a HIPAA-compliant platform. In this role, you will provide therapy sessions lasting 45-60 minutes, with full-time therapists typically managing around 30 client sessions weekly. We recognize that building a robust caseload requires time, and therefore, we are flexible in accommodating part-time therapists who can commit to a minimum of 7 sessions per week until they are ready to transition to a full-time schedule. Key Responsibilities • Conduct virtual therapy sessions in 45-60 minute intervals. • Perform assessments for clients and develop tailored treatment plans. • Document progress notes to monitor client development. • Provide insights on methodologies and techniques to enhance client support. • Collaborate effectively as a vital member of our supportive team. Required Skills • A valid LCSW, LPC, or LCP license in Virginia, with the ability to credential with major insurance providers. Additional licenses in other states are advantageous. • Experience working with diverse populations, coupled with a passion for inclusivity. • A willingness to contribute to team growth by sharing insights and feedback to optimize client services. • Motivation and flexibility to build your caseload and advance within our organization. • Reliable high-speed internet access and a consistent, HIPAA-compliant environment for conducting sessions. • Comfort with remote work and telehealth practices. Qualifications • Must possess a relevant degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline. • Experience providing virtual therapy in compliance with HIPAA standards.
