Job Overview Revol AV Inc is actively seeking a meticulous and highly organized Bookkeeper to become a vital part of our team in a part-time, remote capacity. This role entails overseeing daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, while also providing essential administrative and operational support to enhance our workflow and overall service delivery. Furthermore, you will assist the CEO with a variety of important tasks. This position presents an excellent opportunity for professional growth, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities • Flexible Work Hours: This part-time remote position requires 5-15 hours per week, allowing you to establish your own schedule. • Bookkeeping: Oversee daily bookkeeping activities, including documenting financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. • Accounts Receivable & Payable: Manage invoicing and payment collection to ensure seamless financial operations. • Payroll: Accurately prepare and process payroll in a timely manner. • Vendor Management: Coordinate payments to vendors and maintain current records. • Financial Support: Provide assistance with financial reporting and data entry as required. • Administrative Support: Conduct scheduling, email correspondence, and document preparation to assist the CEO and ensure the efficiency of operations. Required Skills • Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping and managing daily financial operations, preferably in a small business context. • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software. • Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. • Strong communication skills coupled with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. • Basic understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements. • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new industry-related skills. Qualifications • Proven experience in bookkeeping and handling daily financial operations. • Familiarity with QuickBooks or equivalent accounting software. • Excellent organizational capabilities and the ability to balance numerous priorities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with a proactive approach. • Basic comprehension of financial reporting and compliance standards. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills pertinent to the industry.
