Job title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Hybrid Home Based Company: Key Autism Services Job description : Full Time Opportunities in Knoxville, TN (25 billables/wk). $70,000-$80,000 plus bonus potential BCBA Full-Time Offers: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and education Excellent Health insurance, flexible Dental, and Vision plans. Center Based BCBAs - No Nights or Weekends 15 days Paid Time Off Plus Generous Holiday Schedule Two Professional Development Days off for CEU use Tuition Discounts with University partners Training, support, professional development, and internal CEU opportunities with annual reimbursement allotment for external CEUs (up to $750 per year - attend that conference) Internal Training Team for Clinical as well as Leadership Training Performance Incentives (Quarterly bonus potential that is designed to be PAID) Reimbursement for session related materials and equipment Collaboration with KAS industry leading clinicians is built into our structure Virtual electronic data collection system to allow for light paperwork - online behavior plans to expedite plan development Location matched BCBA/Clients to ensure less drive time/more client time Mentoring Program for newly certified BCBAs (Details provided during interview) Relocation services within the states KAS serves BCBA Part-Time Offers: Excellent competitive hourly rates, commensurate with experience and education Training, support, professional development, and CEU opportunities Collaboration and networking with other experienced BCBAs on the KEY team as well as professionals in the field Virtual electronic data collection system to allow for light paperwork Flexible hours and the ability to choose your work schedule Free access to our on-demand training library Location matched BCBA/Clients to ensure less drive time/more client time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Responsibilities: Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans Supervise and train ABA/ Behavioral Technicians Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress Requirements: Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state) Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education) Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle Previous ABA Experience Must be comfortable working with families and providing in-home services Our teams of compassionate and dedicated individuals enjoy a professional, ethical, caring, respectful and fun environment.
