Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Part-Time Data Entry Assistant to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in enhancing our understanding and engagement with our academic community. You'll be instrumental in collecting, analyzing, and meticulously entering data about faculty, students, and professionals within our network into our knowledge base. This is an opportunity to contribute to the growth of our academic community while expanding your own knowledge and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and collect data to bolster institutional knowledge and reporting capabilities. Discriminate between pertinent and non-pertinent information to ensure the integrity of our database. Input data regarding job affiliations and contact information into our management systems. Preferred Qualifications Over a year of relevant experience is an advantage. Familiarity with Google Suite and Salesforce (or similar CRM software) is beneficial. An understanding of, or interest in, classical liberal ideas is highly desirable. Basic knowledge of Academic Research is a plus. Commitment This position requires a weekly commitment of approximately 25 hours.
