Job Title: Data Entry Clerk Location: Remote Company: Google Job Overview: Google is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to assist with the accurate input, processing, and management of large volumes of data. As a data entry clerk, you will be responsible for entering and updating critical data into company databases and ensuring its accuracy and integrity. This role is key to maintaining data quality across various departments, from engineering to operations, and supports the organization’s ability to make data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Enter and update data into various internal databases and systems. • Verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. • Perform routine data maintenance tasks, including corrections, updates, and deletions. • Manage high-volume data input tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy. • Collaborate with various teams across departments to ensure consistent data processing. • Prepare reports as needed... based on data trends and input. • Follow confidentiality protocols and ensure data privacy and security standards are met. Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Proven experience in data entry or related administrative tasks. • Proficient with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.) and MS Office (Excel). • Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to handle high volumes of data efficiently. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with database management systems. • Experience in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment. • Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
