Description We’re looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring customers have a seamless and positive experience. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer inquiries, clarify their requests, and address any questions or concerns. By analyzing each situation, you’ll determine the best solutions and maintain accurate customer records. The role primarily involves email-based support, but you’ll also engage with customers through other communication channels. You’ll troubleshoot basic issues, manage client requests, and provide excellent customer service at every touchpoint.
