As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat. You will be the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries troubleshooting... issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
