In this fully remote position, available exclusively to Iowa residents, you will provide outstanding support to a diverse range of clients, solve challenges, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Deliver precise and timely information regarding product orders, statuses, and general inquiries. • Process orders, modifications, and returns in accordance with established protocols. • Offer constructive feedback to refine our services and effectively address customer concerns. • Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings and positive survey feedback. • Accurately document customer interactions using our ticketing system. Required Skills • Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities. • Proficient in managing calls with professionalism, sensitivity, and diplomacy. • Positive demeanor, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn. • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office is advantageous. • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute. Qualifications • High school diploma or GED. • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
