About our team: As a member of the Team, you will operate in a fast-paced innovative environment, using some of the newest tools to provide world-class training solutions for both our organization as well as customers. About the job: We are in search of a hard-working, creative, remote instructional designer to create training solutions for both external customers and internal sales teams. Our ideal candidate is highly adaptable, self-sufficient and detail oriented. This candidate excels in a high-speed environment and finds pleasure in handling multiple projects simultaneously. This individual must possess excellent teamwork qualities along with strong communication and consultative abilities. You’ll be responsible for: Conduct needs analysis from multiple sources and identify learning objectives to determine the skills and knowledge gaps that the organization needs to address. Collaborate in a consultative manner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal stakeholders to gather information, review content, and propose effective instructional design techniques. Develop instructional materials which include needs analysis, storyboards, eLearning modules, training videos, assessments, graphic/multimedia designs, and documentation/job aids/guides. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including setting deadlines, coordinating, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Develops and deploys interactive e-learning courses and training modules. Collaborates with subject matter experts on appropriate online teaching mechanisms. Develops project documentation, including e-learning and video development standards, templates and storyboards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. 5 + years' experience designing and developing learning interventions and use of e-learning tools including Captivate and Camtasia. Articulate Storyline 360 required. Proven history of learning industry credibility with up-to-date knowledge of best practices in Human Performance Technology and instructional design. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels within the organization. Strategic thinking and a collaborative style. Exceptional consultation skills. Ability to work successfully in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bi-lingual candidates highly encouraged to apply.
