Job title: Import/Export Coordinator (Remote/East Coast) Company: Carnival Corporation Job description : Job Description The position is responsible for coordination of all international shipments (air, ocean, etc.) for Carnival Cruise Line. It coordinates and processes shipments and custom documents for import & export to CCL Fleet. ESSENTIAL FUNCTION Coordinate and prepare the necessary documentation and custom forms for the efficient and lawful execution of all import/export activities Liaise with other departments and warehouse to establish and maintain effective and relevant export/import activities Verify and issue delivery orders to airlines, ocean carriers and custom brokers for international shipments Communicate and arrange with the carriers for pickup of goods Ensure all Custom forms (7512) are arrived and exported in a timely manner as per CBP procedure Maintain import file per Carnival procedure and customs regulations Coordinate international hazmat orders for review and documentation Perform other job-related functions as assigned by Sr Logistic Manager QUALIFICATIONS Bachelorâ??s Degree - Business/Logistics, Preferred 2+ years Experience in CBP transactions including bond issuance and closure, Preferred Robust Excel, AMS, Editrade or other Customâ??s platform Minimal or no travel Remote â?? must live on East Coast #LI-GS1 #LI-Remote The hourly range for this role is from $18.00 - $22.00. Offers to selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
