Rathbone Group LLC (RG) is a professional services law firm dedicated to representing insurance carriers and other business clients in the investigation and litigation of property and bodily injury subrogation claims throughout the United States. Its attorneys are licensed to practice law in more than twenty states and in District of Columbia. RG is currently seeking a Staff Attorney to serve in a customer relationship management (CRM) capacity within our firm. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining positive and productive relationships with our clients. Our goal is to identify and employ productive, competent, and highly motivated individuals who display integrity and attention to detail. We believe these attributes to be fundamental to the success of our firm and achieving our clients’ and our internal departmental objectives. This is fully remote position if hired individual works outside of Ohio. Responsibilities • Prepare for and schedule regular meetings and conference calls with Clients to review file level issues and questions. • Act as point of contact for complaints. Address client concerns promptly and professionally and escalate issues as appropriate. • Alerting management with opportunities for potential issues with clients. • Maintaining relationships with forwarding counsel. • Liaison between our Forwarding counsel and our client. • Ensuring that the forwarding counsel are proving the proper litigation handling on the files. • Work escalated attorney files in forwarding. • Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately. • Work on legal projects in the litigation queue. • Answer CRM phone line. • Work on and respond to emails that come in to the CRM and subrogation service mailbox, along with emails in our client in-boxes. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about RG processes and services.
