In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with income tax laws and regulations, as well as supporting our financial goals... We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a strong understanding of income tax laws and experience in tax compliance. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international income tax laws and regulations. Prepare and file income tax returns accurately and timely. Conduct research and analysis to support tax planning and compliance efforts. Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate potential impacts to the company. Assist with tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for tax compliance. Review financial data and identify potential tax issues or opportunities. Prepare and maintain documentation to support tax positions and strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with external tax advisors and consultants. Assist with the implementation of tax planning strategies to minimize the company's tax liability. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline tax compliance processes. Provide training and guidance to other team members on tax compliance and reporting. Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to income tax compliance.
