Data Entry & Record Management: • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Travel Advisory: • Offer expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options. Problem Solving: • Handle and resolve any travel issues, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, promptly and professionally. Requirements: Experience: • Proven experience in customer service or the travel industry. Skills: • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). • Excellent customer service abilities. • Proficiency in travel booking platforms and CRM systems. Organization: • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work setting. Problem-Solving: • Capacity to resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Flexibility: • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs and time zones.
