We are searching for a Social Media Title Marketing Manager to work on our Disney Branded Television series and films. A successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting social title campaigns from production to launch – with best-in-class creative social stunts, community strategies, as well as creative asset development and delivery. You will get to work closely with the Director of Manager of Social Media Title Marketing and broader marketing organization. Responsibilities • Partner closely with the marketing team to create high impact social and conversation driving social title campaigns. • Have strong creative judgement to develop campaigns that are able to grab consumer interest. • Develop social strategy and platform strategies that are innovative. • Communicate social strategy, campaign voice, and platform strategy through each title’s Marketing Brief. • Advise on, communicate and implement best social media practices and cultural landscape as it pertains to the title, evolving tactics throughout each campaign as new data emerges. • Partner with the broader marketing title teams on talent social training, on set social capture, live social media event coverage, digital activations, digital paid media creative, influencer activations etc. • Work closely with marketing to create high impact moments around title debuts – announcements, trailers, press etc. • Manage creative development of social content through the pipeline including giving creative direction and notes, along with securing final approvals and sign-off. • Management and curate campaign assets. Qualifications • 5+ years of social media marketing experience. • A demonstrated understanding of social platform tools and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and more. • A team-first, collaborative mentality. • Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills. • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines. • A high degree of drive, energy, accountability, and initiative. • A commitment to inclusivity. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $90,480.00 to $124,410.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
