About the position The Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Agent position at Concentrix is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in the health insurance sector. This role involves interfacing with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online interactions, to assist with their inquiries regarding health insurance products and services. The ideal candidate will possess an active resident license to sell health insurance and will be committed to delivering authentic customer experiences. Responsibilities • Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs. , • Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing. , • Process new and/or amended enrollments. , • Ensure clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences. , • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile. Requirements • Six months of customer service experience. , • Active resident license to sell health insurance. , • High school diploma or GED. , • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking. , • Eagerness to learn new technologies. , • Passion for helping others. , • Patient and empathetic nature. , • Ability to pass a background check. , • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence. Nice-to-haves • Bilingual Spanish proficiency (for differential pay).
